Previous Manchester United protector Rio Ferdinand has affirmed that he is set to commence his expert boxing profession.
Ferdinand, 38, made the declaration on his instagram page on Tuesday
The ex-England protector has banded together with wagering organization Betfair and will be instructed by Team Great Britain coach Richie Woodhall.
He however still needs to get his permit and is at cruiserweight right now – yet he could climb to light-heavyweight.
“Boxing is an astounding game for the brain and the body,” Ferdinand composed on his instagram.

In the wake of leaving Manchester United in 2014, Ferdinand joined Queens Park Rangers before resigning in 2015.
