Modi govt resolves to make changes in IPC, CrPC: Amit Shah?
The Indian government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has decided to make significant changes to the Indian Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure. Home Minister Amit Shah said that the changes will be made in order to make the existing laws more effective. He also mentioned that the changes will be made in consultation with the members of the legal fraternity.
